We are  a residents association who  meet the needs of the whole community of Trowbridge Estate. We are run by a committee that consists of a Chair, Vice Chair , Secretary  and Treasurer  other committee members can be co opted onto the committee if needed and the Committee is elected every year by fellow residents at the A.G M  .

Trowbridge Estate is a mixed tenure Estate and consists of a mix of social rented tenants and leaseholders  and freeholders which makes Trowbridge Estate a unique place to live for residents

Trowbridge Estate was built by the Greater London Council in the 1960's and 70's when the Greater London Council was abolished Hackney Council was given control of Trowbridge Estate in 1984

Triwbrudge  Estate had a huge  regeneration in the 1990's which saw the 7 tower blocks being demolished and replaced with wick village which is on  the tNorth side of the estate and a Housing Association regeneration on the  south side of the Estate.

PERMITS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE HACKNEY PARKUNG OFFICE VIA  HACKNEY COUNCIL WEBSITE  

ROAD PARKING IS ZONE K PARKING WARDENS REGULARLY PATROL THE  AREA AND THE RESTRICTIONS ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY  8.30AM TO 18.30PM AND ADDITIONAL RESTR8CTIONS ON EVENT DAYS 8.30am to 20.30pm AND WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS 12.00PM TO 18.00pm
